This policy explains how Bragason Consulting handles information you provide through bragasonconsulting.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may record standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information only to read and respond to your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle inquiries:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting and security
• n8n, to route contact form submissions
• Anthropic, whose AI model helps sort inquiries and prepare a draft reply that we review before anything is sent
• Microsoft, for email and document storage

These providers process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for our correspondence with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@bragasonconsulting.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
